York and North Yorkshire Partnership Executive
York and North Yorkshire Partnership Executive
The York and North Yorkshire Partnership Executive is a group
of Chief Executives and senior officers from key agencies along with
representatives from the private and voluntary sectors that have significant
responsibilities for economic and community regeneration. It is
responsible to the York and North Yorkshire Development Board for its work.
The role of the Partnership Executive is:

To advise the Development Board on sub-regional policy
and decision making
-
To ensure that the sub region acts cohesively in order to maximise the
resources available to achieve economic and community regeneration
objectives.

To ensure that the management of the resources made available to the sub
region are effectively and fully utilised.

To oversee the work of the Partnership Unit on behalf of sponsoring
partners and the broader partnership.
